Flash Advance (128m) multi-game issues

I have been tinkering with this thing for almost a week. I am at a loss...
I have a Flash Advance Linker and 128M Turbo Flash Advance card (the new tiny sized ones), this is my problem... First off the thing comes with no instructions whatsoever... second there is no help option within the "Visoly Flash Advance Writer 2.0" software! I can get single games onto the cart no problem... I have a bit of trouble getting more then one game on the cart (Write-multi would always give a size error), but I am now able to get up to 2 roms on the cart. I have size-corrected all my roms, corrected header information, and now, like I said, I can get up to 2 roms (pretty much any 2 I want) to burn to the cart without a problem. The thing is... I paid extra for the 128m cart (over the 64m one) because, according to www.gbalinker.com, it holds 4 games. Now, my problem... I always, ALWAYS get a "Total Multi-Files Size > MaxCartSize, Error!!!" whenever I try to burn more then 2 games onto the cart! It is so frustrating. My thought is that the cart is currently broken up into 2 64m banks instead of 4 32mb banks (just a guess, since the software will not show that information). Has ANYONE out there successfully burned 4 roms onto a 128m cart? ANY help anyone can offer is much appreciated, thanks...

ALSO NOTE: I am only able to get 2 games on the flash card if I select "Set Pre-boot" and browse to the file gbapack2.0. Then choose 2 roms from the "write multi" menu... Thanks in advance for your help.
