Burning bin & cue

I got the bin & cue-files from a PSOne game, but when I selected the cue-file and burned the game to a dvd, it didn't start even with epsxe170-PSOne-emulator, nor with PS2. I have the Swap Magic 3 for PS2. What should I do to make it work ??
