C&C 3 Tiberium Wars for mac patch problem help

Hi everyone, thanks for reading. I am a real newby in this patching bussines. I have command & conquer installed and have downloaded the no dvd crack but I don't know how to configure it. Can someone please explain me in an easy understndable way how to make it work?? This is what I downloaded and I don't know how to apply the patch or replace the original as it says below. There is no preference menu I can open or I don't know where to the file archive is to change this configuration. By the way I have a mac.
