Dreamcast Coder's Cable and USB adapter
I have a coder's cable that I've never used. $20 for just the cable, $25 with the adapter (converts serial to USB, comes with Windows driver disc) - btw I couldn't get the adapter to work but I was using a questionable laptop, maybe you'll have more luck with it.
