Its far from perfect.....
Patched the image , burnt it no problem and tried it in the machine . I collected just 6 eggs then went after all the gems in the first world . I went into the room with the balloon in and was greeted by the now infamous fairy telling me i was playing a hacked copy e.t.c . Also i could not collect all the gems in the first level ( four were missing) The game was patched correctly , i had the PDX menu screen where i can select Pal/NTSC , infinite lives e.t.c . I also started with a fresh memory card as well .
