Gothic 3 with new patch working buggy

Hi.
The Gothic 3 Game now working buggy, until the new Patch release.
Anybody the same Problem? The Hero cant pull his Sword, and I cant run anymore. I think the problem is, the no DVD Crack, i think i will reinstall it and play it with DvD, and I have to wait to a new Crack.
Or does anybody got any Info for me?

Sorry for my bad English, i am from Germany and i only can write Scool English, itz more then 10 Years, i am out of the scool D:
