tomb raider : lost chronicles

hi i am trying to backup tomb raider 5 : the lost chronicles ... im using easy cd creater... when i load the disc in my computer instead of coming up like in one session ... its coming up in like 30 seperate tracks... i copied ( disc to disc ) and when i got the finished backup i put the 2 cd's ( original and backup ) in the 2 seperate drives ( reader and writer ) and the backup had like 25 more mb's then the original .. ( of data ) when i put this backup into my psx ( mod chip installed ) ... it brings up the white sony screen then when it moves the to the screen with the p logo thing it has like some weird x's over the screen .. ( it wont read as a regular psx disc ) .. does anyone know what i can do ??
