CD-DVD won't read PSX anymore.....

I've been backing up PSX games for a while now, and when my PC finally had a meltdown I had to reload WIN98 on and since then my Toshiba CD-DVD is no longer able to read PSX discs. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated....

UPDATE YOUR TOSH FIRMWARE
i had the same problem with my plex writer every copy program wouldnt detect my cd-rw ok
