Bad Flash, Need Help

I finally fixed my chip problem. It was loose. Everything was working fine untill I tried to flash some newer bios. My mother, mistakenly turned the system off during a flash, and now the system will now boot, it just frags like if something was loose again. Is there anyway to recover from this ?
