Doubts: Emulators on xbox, trainers and PC conection.

Hey there ppl
There goes some of my doubts:
-First of all: how do I conect my xbox on a PC to realize file transfers? Do I need a special kind of cable, a hub or something else?
-How do I run emulators on xbox (MAME, project64, etc)? Are there special versions of them for the XBOX? How do I install them?
-How do I install and use the game trainers?
