Help With Tony Hawk's American Wasteland

I get the same problem, no matter what I try... Does anyone have the game that can verify that its working, since i've tried pretty much everything, it could be my computer though, i'll try on a different computer

amd xp1700
ati radeon 9700 256mb
512 ram
40 gb hard drive
