how to create an maxi or mini image from a game???

hi there

ich have probs to play evil dead regenaration with the maxi image
Evil Dead: Regeneration [ENGLISH] No-DVD/Fixed Image postet on 07-11-2005

its for the CD version of the game

my problem is that i have dvd version an it wont work with ths image maybe someone out ther to help me with this problem
