need help w/ nonboot game freezes @ 98% when loading..

i've burned this nonboot game and after i use the utopia boot up disc and swap w/ the burn game, it loads and when it hit 98%, it freezes...also, when loading, instead of showing the image of the game on the cd spinning...it shows utopia's cd spinning...anyone know whats wrong here?
