Virtual memory is different from phsyical memory.
go to control panel -> system -> click the 'advanced' tab -> click settings under 'performance' -> click the next advanced tab -> at the bottom there is a place to change the amount of Virtual memory. Clisk 'change' and change the 'initial size' to to at least 512mb. prefereably about 768mb. max should be between 1200 to about 1500 depending on your system.
click ok to save settings, it might ask you to restart your computer. do it if it does
