Ok i stopped the game from crashing.
1. First get virtual-cd-hide. 2. Extract everying from the cd into your main folder, (If you dont do this, you wont be able to Save in game) 3. right click on the totaloverdose.exe (the one without an icon), go to properties, click on the compatibility. Under the Compatibility mode, check the "Run the program in the compability mode For:" and pick Windows 98/Windows Me, apply and ok. 4. For those who dont know how to use virtual-cd-hide, first make sure there is an icon in your system tray and right click on it, press hide all virtual drives. This works for me, it was crashing before when i used Windows 2000 mode. |
