PPF Files (How do you make them)?

To play newer games that i have installed but are not working they keep returning to startup screen. I found the hulk ultimate destruction ppf and patched it with ppf patcher and then it worked now I just need the ppf for spidey ultimate, shaolin monks, and rainbow six.
