All you need to modify an ip.bin and 1st_read.bin.
The 1st problem that you probably can't extract ip.bin from self-boot image. Ask someone to sent it to you. As with the 1st_read.bin is much easier, as when you're making non-selfboot disc to self-boot disc you modify this file, but if you notice it changes only one number (this is why you enter 11700 or 11702). Notice where it changes and make there 0 (in HEX) Maybe it's too complicated to you to understand. Sorry, I din't remember clear, as I made it about a year ago 8(
