Coaster Works, bad burn is good burn

Figure this one out, i d/l Coaster works (its one of those where you have to unpack the wav files and inject them into the .cdi file) ok then i headed to DCcopyworld and saw there was a rgb fix. picked that up applied the patch and was ready to burn.

Here's the crazy thing... first time i try it won't even ####t, i reload DJ and try again. Everything goes smoothly, that is untill the end. Right at the very end when it writes in the TOC it says error blah blah burn failed. I went and tested it anyway (cause i always do) and to my surprise it worked!!
It left me thinkin....WTF?!?

has anybody got this game and had the same thing happen to them, or any similiar cases?
