I wonder if the CDRLabs reviews are not driving in the wrong direction. It seems that a lot of words and tests are devoted to read and burn speed.

If one is burning an occasional DVD movie and is not in volume production, it would seem that burn reliability with a wide range of media would be the most important criterium.

I confess to being an amateur; am I missing something?
