lotr Battle for Middle Earth INI :: Load

Dear sirs,

When i shall start lotr Battle for Middle Earth, i got the game crash "INI::load,
cannot open file 'Lang\english\Language.ini", Because of the severity of this error the game will now exit.

Please can someone help me with this problem.
