Pal to Jap patches....?

hi guys , hope i didn't scare u off
or dal is not as quick as charlie ?
well i got the ###ne part figured out
u have to boot only with the usb chip (neokey?) on and patch the games to ntsc/JAP then it works fine without dvd region X
but i steel can figure out why some of the games are black and white (ntsc ver?)
