Playing Pal games on NTSC console
Is it possible to play Pal games on NTSC console without any hardware modifications?
I have an NTSC PS2 console and a lot of Pal games. Console is not chipped... so it plays only legal games. If there's no way to play this games without chipping console - answer plaese what the best chip is to use on my PS2 to play Pal games and back-ups?
