need help on john deere no cd

i installed the john deere american farmer and then i replaced the johndeere.exe file with the johndeere.exe file form this link http://spacetarget.com/games/pc_john...n_farmer.shtml
and now when i try and play it with that for the no cd fix it says johndeere has caused a error in johndeere.exe and will now close...and will not le me play...anyone have a fix for it?thanks
