Ritek DVD-R Difference
Recently about 3 months ago Staples had TDK DVD-R's for sale..
Pack of 10 for $7.99..So I purchased 100 of them and came to $83.00 with tax..So I'm thinking I got a great deal and I took them home to burn some stuff and the funny thing started happening..I was able to burn with them on 4x..I'm thinking WTF? TDK DVD-R's not DVD+R's only comes in 2x.. When I ran DVD Decrpyter it shows them as Ritek G04 which explains the Recordable side looking similararity of Ritek and capable of burning on 4x.. Now I think they're Great on Read time(When making copy of a copy) and in general.. Here's my question for all you Ritek DVD junkies: Meritline has 3 type of Riteks for sale: Which are Silver Matte DVD-R,Silver Shiny and Silver Name Brand(I know the difference on this one)..What's the difference on Shiny and Matte? Can someone show me the difference in Pics? B/C Meritline only the same image on Matte and Shiny? I'm in the process of ordering about 200 or so Riteks but was wondering if someone can shed some light on this.. Also It's been a while since I posted anything so here's the Ice breaker..
