Destruction Derby Raw (PAL)

I burned Destruction Derby Raw (PAL) and tried to boot it on my PS2 with Breaker Pro. During the first "loading screen" it freezes. I left it for about 20 minutes but it still didn't load. It put it my PC and it works perfectly. I looked for a "patch" but only found the "NTSC to PAL" or "PAL to NTSC" patches. Should I use them cause Breaker Pro has its own NTSC/PAL selector and I think the game is protected so I don't really know what to do.
