I actually think they are the same people or at least closely related. Basically Elby sold the rights and info to AnyDVD and CloneCD to Slysoft. Elby themselves kept CloneDVD because the program by itself it in the clear.
All this started because of the new laws that were passed in Germany about certain copyright legalities. Slysoft on the other hand is located elsewhere outside of Germany. Tyler!
