Ripped Soul Calibur, problems with the BackGround Music

I successfully ripped soul calibur (pal), burned it first as a non-boot then as an self-boot game, both start up fine, but there are some graphic errors in the intro (the dust from the impacting swords, looks like missing textures) and the intro exits right after the close-up of the character. Ok, i already heard about that in various ISO releases. The other problem is during the game, the background music hangs, like a bad CD in a CD Player. Can i prioritize the music files so they are at the outside of the CD ? I don't need to dummy the disc because it takes up 694 MB. I tried to prioritize the files in NERO 5.0.3.8, gave the music files a low priority and the others a high, but the problem remained. Perhaps anyone know about the problem ?
BTW, does anyone know how to prioritize files using MKISOFS/CDRECORD (i use those for selfbooters) ?
