yea there should be a programmer with it
just upload whatever bioses u want on there if u cant solder.. thatd be a major problem cuz u do needa solder although it is pretty easy, ucan also easily mess up ... so first look for someone to solder it for u ... before u solder u gotta put a bios in.. but the bios is useless without the chip actually in
