DMS3 v.2 vs Messiah 2 v1.133 vs Magic V

First of all, I'm a real noob for PS2.

These 3 chips seem to be the latest version in the market

Magic V seem to be the cheapest out of all 3 while DMS3 is the most expensive but i'm willing to pay more if it really better

Are there any reason I should/should not pick one over ther other?

According to http://www.modchip.ca Magic V is as good as the other 2. Is this true?

Any of them easier to install than the other?
What is the everage time of installing one?

After install the Modchip, all I need is a good CD writer/copy program to play be able to play from from a back up CD/DVD right?

I'm in Orlando, FL. Any link to good modchip seller wiht good price/service. would help a lot.
