It will work, but each time you want install the game from your backup, you have to extract the dvd-image from the winrar-archive to your harddisc. Then mount that image in Alcohol120%/DaemonTools and install from there.
So you have a 3.8 GB image on your harddisc. You should search for a noCD Crack then, so you can delete the image...
