dc-x is only for booting imports, like jap games on eur dcīs, or vice versa. It does not work with backups, also according to ign, itīs not very stable, so i would recommend you try a little harder to find the best bootcd ever made for any console in the whole universe (atleast the parts known the humans) that is UTOPIA BOOTLOAD 1.1 !
