nero won't finalize disc....help pls

I'm using a ps2 version 4 I think (8 screw on bottom model no. scph-30003) with a neo key 2.2 modchip and action replay 2.
I have got recordnow max but does it work ok using the wizard as i'm not sure about options etc to use!
