PAL disk on NTSC PSONE

Hello,

I just received a PAL version of Muppet Monster Adv. from my friend in EUP, and tried to use my NTSC PSONE with importplayer 2.0 boot disk to play it on my NTSC TV in US. But the video out is still scrolling on NTSC TV screen, sounds importplayer won't remedy this issue. I did try other PAL version with importplayer, and it worked pretty well with my NTSC TV.

It would be great if anyone have the similar situation and knew how to fix it.
