Update:
Ok, I think it is something on the board. I just removed everything modchip-wise, except for the piece that is soldered on to the 6 points on the back of the board and it does the same thing. I didn't figure that leaving that one piece on would make a difference since nothing is plugged into it. There's no place for the signal from these points to go, right? Nothing was soldered to the BIOS, so that shouldn't be my problem. Any ideas on where to go from here?
