Looking for Sim City 4 Patch Crack

Looking for Sim City 4 Patch Crack-- I want to take advantage of EA's update, but it doesn't seem to work without a "NEW" .exe crack.

I have the NO CD crack and have installed the update (in that order), however, i was advised to seek out this NEW crack in order for the update to take effect.

Can anyone out there shed some light??
