Vice City blood patch

I have French version of Vice city (i think it's the same version for all country, with different subtiltes), and i tryed all tricks and bloodpatch on GCW to have blood, but failed.

Did someone succes to have blood in the game? like in the mission phil lost is arm (this is the only blood i saw in the game )
can someone help me?
