I used Adaptec EZCD4 to make a data cd and just burned the folders onto a disk. Just make sure that the movie is encoded in MPEG layer 1 other wise you'll be wasting a disk.

If your flick is in .dat or other format other than mpeg, it's a pretty safe bet that it'll work. Check the readme that came in the Gyplay pak for more details.
