Matrix Mod?

I recently purchased a Matrix modchip from Gamegizmo. I eleive that it is a clone. The large chip says XILINX, the smaller chip says Ubicom, and on the board is the word Matrix, and the diodes are very sloppily soldered to the board. Any picture I have seen says Matrix 2 V7 on the large chip, nothing on the small chip, and Matrix 2 on the board. Now I probably should get pissed that they sent this clone to me, but what the hell I'll try out a clone and see how it works. I also beleive that a friend of mine had purchased a magic 3 clone from them recently, but not sure exactly what site he got it from, just a guess. My question now would be does anybody know where I can get the real thing?
