ISO questions??Please help???

I was told that you don't need a mod chip to play iso games.
I was given a ftp address with a username and password. I checked out the site and he has some cool stuff there. After downloading the files, how do I burn them to create a cd? Which cd burn utility do I use? Disk Juggler? Do I have to edit the bin or cue file?
