How to Decrypt an *.Exe file that is packed with an unknown Encryption ?

Does anyone know where to get a tool (if it exists) that shows you which decryption is used (like PECrypt, Petite blabla..). I tried nearly all methods with ProcDump but they couldnt unpack it. Game is called ''Milliardenquiz'' and protected with ProtectCD VOB. I'm sure that the exe is encrypted, but I'm unable to figure it out which method is used.

Any Ideas or knowledge about this thing ? Please tell me thx (sorry 4 mistakes, my english's not that well)
