Is the source movie in .avi form or .mpeg?
How is the audio synch? When you view the original source movie does it do the above mentioned problems? Im thinking its your codecs. I have had problematic movies before. I used Nero to encode a VCD because it was the only one that would work well. I then extracted the video from the VCD and encoded that. Tyler!
