Will there be a Game enhancer for PS2?

Can somebody tell me, if there will be a Game enhancer for the GERMAN PAL version of PS2 (SCPH-30004) to play backups of PS1 and PS2? I need it because I wont install a MOD chip because I don´t know how to install! A game enhancer you only have to put in like a Xploder! Can somebody pleeaasee help me???
