No suggestion here, but just for what it's worth, I had the same problem with Wacky Racer. It was a non-boot disc, I converted it to self-boot and it wouldn't work. It did exactly what you say yours is doing - after it starts loading, the machine reboots.
I never tried bin2boot on my disc, though - maybe it would fix your problem. You can find bin2boot here: ####://dcxeal.virtualave.net/b2b-cdda-b1.zip Good Luck.
