I see.... so for now could I replace the laser and then later (when I get more cash and get back home) get a newer version ps2 and take my modchip out of my v4 and put it in the new ps2? If I replace the laser, it should work for awhile at least (considering this one lasted alright), at least to hold me out till I get home. I wouldn't be able to replace the v4 laser with a better laser would I, if I were to send it to a guy to replace the laser? Thanks for the help! Keep it coming!
