well these days you can pick up a messiah 2 for £25 pounds there the best mod avaliable for your ps2 as i live in england i dont know how much it will be in dollars say bout 40-50 dollars.
Theres about 5 pounds diffrence between a magic 5 and a messiah 2. the bad thing about magic you have to tap the reset button to play your copyied game, messiah boots straight off  .i wouldnt get a bluechip stay with the well known brands like magic messiah dms and the non cloned smartchip (http://www.ukmodchips.biz/ sell the smart chip) hope this helps
