Black 80 Min CDR Media ?????
Need some advice. I won on ebay 100 Black 80 Minute CDR. I want to use them for my playstation one backup games. My question is, does it really matter? I made a copy of Monsters Inc, on plextor 24X CDR but it freezes on me. I use a PSX one Boot Disk. Other games like Tony Hawk 3 works fine. I did record it at 40X speed from my Plextor but reading thru some of these posts I've noticed that I should burn them at a lower speed. Never new that. Anyway just wanted to knwo if anyone has tried the Black CDR's. Thanks for any info. Have a nice day!.

if they work in your psx than use them but alot of people would say black media sucks. i personaly have used them but find that tdk is the best. also read and write as slow as posible, the slower you go the better.

I have used about 30 black cdr's for my playstation and newer had any problems. The brand is LEAD Data black.
I don't think they are less good than any other brand. |
