How to decrypt arc password

Hi everyone. How to decrypt password of this code, i get him using hex tool. Thanks

You cant.
The only possible way:
Open RAM in WinHEX(for example),look for the "setup.exe",open it,and search for an archive name. There will be the password somewhere near it.
AFAIK this is the only way,because of AES.

What do you refer for an archive name, what file i need open ?

I cannot find Setup.exe in Ram in 32 or 64 bit version of Hexeditor.
Any suggestion?
