Is there Any WORKING nba 2k9 trainer out there?

I tried the cheathappens trainer,but when I use salary cap increase or hard cap increase in team budget screen I see the effect,but when I go to the team budget section again the millions aren't there.I wrote on the cheathappens forum about this,but I got no replys

Just to mention that the promo trainer was working,but the full one doesn't

If its not on GCW, dlh.net or cheathappens.com and various other known sites, then there is none and no point asking all the time. If one becomes available it will appear at GCW soon.

Sorry abot me asking all the time,but i tought maybe some other group made a trainer that i can't find.I mean the game came out a while ago,and I don't understand why theres' only 1 trainer out there,and it doesn't work (at least for me)
