Final Fantasy 8 problem???????

Hello!
I have Final Fantasy 8 and I wan´t to do a backup of it.
And I have search on megagames and gamecopyworld to find a patch.
I need a pal/uk patch.
And the patches on thier sites does not work.
So the question is could any of you help me to find a patch how works or can I burn it in Clone CD?
