Backing A Movie With A Mod Xbox
I have got a movie that has 2 disc set. The one i am trying to backup is the disc that has dvd rom games on it! I have a aladdin advance mod. I also use flashftp and as of right now i have all the file transfured from the orginal dvd to my computers hard drive useing flash ftp. My question is how should i burn to the dvd-r? I am useing nero! I have done one burn and i took it to a standerd dvd player and it wont play. Does anyone know what i can do to get it backed up?
Thanks |

Why are you FTP’n DVD movie files from Xbox? Don’t the files need to be decrypted? Just put the original DVD in your PC’s DVD burner and use DVD decryptor or whatever to copy the files in the Video_TS (?) folder. Use DVD shrink if there are over 4.3 Gigs of VOB’s. Open Nero / New DVD video copy the files in the appropriate folders and burn.

ihaveanosebleed is right. There is no xbox software to decrypt the movie files. If you play the copied files, you will just get a really large sound file and a blank screen.
Use a PC app if you want to copy a dvd
